Bridge Investment Group Appoints New Managing Director to Capital Markets Team

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bridge Investment Group LLC (“Bridge”) today announced the appointment of Peter LaMassa as Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group, effective April 23. In this role, Mr. LaMassa will be responsible for securing capital commitments, building and maintaining investor relationships, and growing the presence of Bridge’s Capital Markets Group.

Based in the firm’s New York office, Mr. LaMassa will report directly to Dean Allara, Vice Chairman of Bridge and head of the Capital Markets Group. Under Mr. Allara’s leadership, the Capital Markets Group is responsible for capital raising, investment analysis, and investor relations across each of Bridge’s investment verticals, including Multifamily, Affordable Housing, Seniors Housing and Medical Properties, Office and Debt Strategies.

Mr. LaMassa joins Bridge from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management where he served as a Managing Director—Alternative Investment Specialist where his work primarily focused on private clients, foundations and endowments. Previously, Mr. LaMassa was responsible for marketing strategy as Vice President at UBS Wealth Management. Mr. LaMassa began his career in journalism as a Reporter, Managing Editor and Executive Editor of Institutional Investor’s newsletters.

Mr. LaMassa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with minors in Business Administration and Journalism from State University of New York, Albany. He is a guest lecturer at Hofstra University.
